Are you ready to rise to the challenge for health and wellbeing boards in their role as system leaders? What are the key challenges and how are you – as leaders – going to respond to these?
This event is a unique opportunity to explore with other leaders, experts and colleagues how you can make a difference through your health and wellbeing board. Discussion and challenge sessions, facilitated by a range of experts, will develop your thinking and give you the opportunity to reflect on what you want to do differently with your board. The sessions will focus on the shared leadership action in three significant areas and explore further what this means to achieve the ambition of:
- achieving service integration
- improving health outcomes
- reducing health inequalities
